Sunday, May 02, 2010. Ok so during the hols that's when the intense training started. Most of the training have to run 4.3km in the morning before rowing, so i guess our stamina improved a lot from all those running session. haha imba kelvin with a big tummy peak timing was 17:33, O.o damn fast.
