Dallas Food and Reviews. Read or write reviews to Dallas restaurants! Fish Restaurant in Plano. Jan 4th, 2011 at 11:17 AM. Haven't updated here in a long time. but I wanted to pimp out my favorite local fish place. It's Sea Breeze Fish Market and Grill. Located off Preston, just south of Spring Creek behind Mi Cocina. They're also on Facebook. They do lunch and dinner. Excellent quality of food and lots of selection. They do have wine and beer. That means fresher fish than is usually available to the gen...

Miranda's Kitchen Adventures: February 2014. Monday, February 24, 2014. Yesterday was National Margarita Day and as I was scrolling and drooling over all the images of margaritas plastered over social media obviously I had to have one! I wanted to experiment with a flavor I had not yet tried so when I saw this margarita from Confections of a Foodie Bride's. Blog I knew this one was it! 2 oz orange liqueur. 2 oz fresh-squeezed lime juice. 4 oz fresh-squeezed blood orange juice, about 4 oranges. In the bow...

Sunday, August 16, 2009. One of the fun parts of traveling is asking questions. Why is that like that? How did that get there? Why do they call it that? You get the idea. Well here are some answers to questions I had on recent travels. Why do they call it College Station? Do the Arbuckle mountains, Wichita mountains and the Amarillo Uplift (aka Amarillo mountains) have anything in common? Pictures of the Wichita Mountains (click on the pic's for a larger view). Saturday, November 21, 2009. McCook Nebraska and Garden City Kansas. Travels this week took us back to Nebraska for a farm and ranch trade show in McCook. The two highlights was a great steak at the Lamplighter Cafe. At the trade show. On the way back we passed through Oakley KS and saw the Buffalo Bill sculpture. This magnificent sculpture of Buffalo Bill about to bring down a buffalo is on highway 83. It was created by sculptor and painter Charlie Norton. This twice life-size statue is truly impressive.
