Bull; the land. Bull; the threat. The Planning Inspector wrote again to the Council allowing more time for them to complete extra work required. This should have meant allocating Mainland sites for development, and the Council wrote confirming that was what they intended to consider. Examination of the Core Strategy in public by the Planning Inspector Mr Paul Crysell commences at the Runnymede Council Chamber. The Castle Point Core Strategy was submitted to the Secretary of State for Examination in Public.
