The crisp, dry front followed faithfully with a citrus fruity finish is so refreshing and rejuvenating in this summer heat. Inspired by the sun and the sea, here is one of my favorite pairings. . . On the table is an outburst of very long stemmed daffodils, in a celery vase, which is an old tall beautiful cut glass that was used for celery on the table, filled with daffodils from our garden.
