Sastrugi - Parallel wavelike ridges caused by winds on the surface of snow. Wiki has a technical description of the phenomenon and it's various stages. Find it here. Three of the sunk boats are to the left. The green boat was being hauled out after breaking lose and getting beached. Doesn't look to have been damaged to bad. Close up of three of the sunk boats.
