The Great Martini Blog. Sunday, January 15, 2012. Classic Black Heels (Blackberry/Hendricks Martini). 2 oz Hendricks Gin. 1/2 oz fresh lime juice. 1 oz Canton Ginger Liquor. Muddle 4 of the blackberries in the bottom of your shaker. Add cracked ice. Add the remaining ingredients to the shaker; shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Strain into chilled glasses. Garnish with lemon peel twist. I do not typically drink martinis, but am having a martini party for a housewarming. This one sounds like a nice one to serve.
