On Tuesday she had her pump put on, and Thursday it was taken off – I’m not sure if she threw it in the air, but I know I would have! She will need to return periodically for blood work, and will have to leave her port in for about a year; those are just precautionary measures. Wednesday, July 23, 2008. Rhonda is continuing on the healing path, now over three weeks since her last radiation/chemo treatment. Thursday, December 11, 2008. Rhonda completed five of the eight treatments last week, so she’s more than halfway there. There’s light at the end of the tunnel!
