CARES provides the opportunity to make a positive change in your life, but, it’s up to you to take advantage of this opportunity. When you first come to CARES, you will meet with the staff member on duty and explain your situation. Within three days of entering the shelter you will work with staff to develop your Housing Plan that will address your challenges and get you on the road to obtaining permanent housing.
