Saturday, May 30, 2015. I watched a bird knock itself against my windows all day every day for over a week this spring. It banged awhile on the studio window then moved to the house and hit the office window then the sun room. I think it fascinated me because even though all I ever get is a headache when I bang my head continuously against something. Getting a handle on change is never easy. When it is related to aging it can really be a tangled mess.and very hard to face. The alternative is to become old.

The puppies got groomed with a short haircut to get them through the rest of the summer. Wednesday, December 31, 2014. A NEW YEAR.A NEW ADVENTURE. Don't think about what can happen in a month. Don't think about what can happen in a year, just focus on the 24 hours in front of you and do what you can to get closer to where you want to be.". A few weeks ago I almost went into a meltdown over my birthday this year, wondering, what now? At first blush the thought of turning 70 made me feel really old and I couldn't figure out why.I don't feel any different than last year. HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE.
