Al principio no conseguí que hacer con el lairen, pero comiendo una milhola mala que ni el gato ni el perro voltearon a ver, probé esta receta. 400 grs. de lairen. 200 grs. de papa. 200 grs. de queso guayanés. 2 cucharadas de mantequilla clarificada. Lunes, 7 de mayo de 2012. 300 ml de leche entera. 2 dientes de ajo. 2 cucharadas de harina. 1/4 de pimentón rojo. 2 cucharadas de mantequilla. 1/2 cuch. de pasta de tomate. 1 clavo de olor. 75 Grs. de malacho. Para comenzar pele una berenjena y corte en rodajas de medio centímetro. Luego en un sartén con poco aceite de oliva cocine las rodajas por espacio de 2 a 3 minutos a fuego medio, añada un punto de sal y reserve. Retire la cocha de las papas, corte en rodajas del grosor de su dedo meñique y reserve.
