I made sure that I got plenty of sleep over the Thanksgiving holiday but I ate way too much. So it’s DETOX TIME! Well it certainly helps clear out the body from all of the crap/chemicals/preservatives that we consume and the added bonuse (for me at least) is fewer migraines! I’ll let you know how it goes.
