Friday, May 20, 2005. Praise God, my first missions support came in! If i haven't told you yet, i am working full-time this summer at Yonge Street Mission's Evergreen center for street youth, and i am SO excited about it! In particular, i will be working in the health center. however, it is a faith support position so i need to raise my own salary. i have been praying about this job since last summer, and it has been a huge struggle, but praise God for working things out finally! After the party, the 7 of us got in Manju's car going to my first club (Jen and I are in the front seat).Elizabeth and I were hesitant about going at first, but it was SO FUN.so not sleezy like Toronto's clubs haha!
