Saturday, May 23, 2009. School's out, school's out, teacher let the monkeys out. I am officially no longer a rookie teacher! Having summers and breaks off is truly a perk of teaching. However, until I started teaching, I had no idea all the hours of overtime I would be putting in just to get those breaks. Joel and Joannas Journey. Monday, January 17, 2011. Baby It's Cold Outside! We had quite a bit of snow here in Nashville, including a white Christmas! Maybe 3-4 inches, which isn't much, but because of how COLD. It was, the snow stayed around for a week! So we made sure to bundle up and enjoy some snow time. Sunday, January 31, 2010. Well the forecasts were actually right for a change and we got dumped-on! Mommy is particularly excited because she's probably going to get a couple days off from work. We are enjoying being holed-up in our house (at least for now) and spending time together as a family. Aunt Caryn got to come over for the weekend too! Thursday, January 08, 2009. Cooper started walking on Christmas Eve but has really started taking off this week. He still does a fair share of crawling but he is so proud of himself when he walks, as you can see by the big smile on his face :). Saturday, January 03, 2009. Cooper loved spending lots of time with his cousin, Eliza. He also enjoyed playing with his cousin Davis. Cooper loves to get in Maggie's bed, luckily she doesn't care. You can see his busted lip in this one. Dinner at Grandma and Dee's.

Friday, June 24, 2011. Dad got to check something off his Bucket List. going to the Masters! I turn around and see crickets hopping all over the place! I grabbed Chloe off the floor and hopped up on the counter, while mom and Izzy gathered them all up. Izzy obviously is not afraid of bugs! We saw this huge snake hanging out under one of the docks. Jeremy had to fly out from Georgia to go to another conference, so the girls and I rode home with Bebe and Poppy. We had a fun road trip home!
