I made this for a friend's baby, even though he was born months and months ago - my projects always take ages, mainly because i get bored easily so i have to have several things on the go at once rather than concentrating on just one thing and getting it done in a reasonable amount of time. but finally, it's finished! Autumnal adoration and adornments. One rainy saturday, a group of us went for a walk in broxbourne woods. Not a real stag). Then last weekend, the boy and i drove out of london and had a walk around the westonbirt arboretum. I typed in something along the lines of 'i want to see autumn colours! And then i wanted a little bit of autumn at home. first, collect your leaves. Then thread them onto a bit of cotton (going through the fleshy stem makes them a bit sturdier and more likely to stay in place).
