It's been eight months of ups and downs and all a rounds. If you believe in Loving What Is (ala Byron Katy) then you would recall that everything that happens is neither good or bad but can be used for our growth and healing. That would be a good summary of these past 8 months too. Or you could just say, "sh* t happens! That too would be true!

One of the great rules of life is that you can give yourself all the pleasure you like, just as long as nobody else is getting pain because you're giving yourself pleasure. I know there are exceptions to every rule but this rule seems pretty right on to me. Sort of like "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." What do you think? I like the distinction, Colleen.
