Wednesday, October 1, 2008. Jackson and I went to stay with my parents for a long weekend and it was AWESOME! Perfect weather and wonderful family time (like always)! We made it in time for Montclair's annual Oktoberfest which is a big all day festival with beer, bratwurst, dancing, music, and fun things for kids all day down at Dolphin Beach. Friday, February 8, 2008. He doesn't get it. I bought Jackson a potty because I've heard this (18 months) is a good time to start the whole potty training thing. I showed him the potty and let him sit on it and when I came back in, there was something inside! Not what I was going for. This is the shirt my mommy friend Brenda made for Jackson for our Valentine's Day exchange! How cute is this! It's good because it warns all the little girl babies that Jackson is a heart breaker. He's perfected the pout.

Monday, November 3, 2008. Halloween 2008 began with Jackson and I heading off to preschool where we did a costume parade for all the parents and grandparents who wanted to come. Jackson thought this was a very weird concept and mostly just seemed confused. Here we are in my classroom before school started:. We were tigers of course. Here they are during the parade in full costume and looking very serious. Here is Jackson's adorable class and his preschool teachers! He kept yelling "More houses! Well, I'm...

http://srjstories.blogspot.com/2008_04_01_archive.html
Wednesday, April 2, 2008. Annie (my sister), Danny (her hubby), Alan and I went to Myrtle Beach for spring break. Yes we are all in our mid to late 20's but that is NO reason to let spring breaks end! It was our first week away from Jackson and his Gigi and Gpa (my parents) kept him and he had a blast. We missed him a lot but it was so relaxing and so much fun! I'm totally a beach over mountains girl. I think it's so peaceful and I loooove sunshine. Alan flying his kite. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Sarah Rachel's Stories: October 2007

Monday, October 22, 2007. Our very good friends the Bonhams gave birth to Trevor last week! He's absolutely adorable and Alan and I can't wait to meet him! Alan and Cory have been best friends since middle school. In fact, at some point I'm gonna get a hold of this video I saw that they made in the height of the awkward middle school years where they are acting like secret spies and upload it to You Tube for all the world to see. Mwahahaha. But that's another story! Handsome, little Trevor all snuggled up.
