Our prices are based for large groups up to 12 people. The utlities costs are 10% of the renting price (incl. gas, water, electricity, fire wood, bed linen, towels, garden and final cleaning). During the restoration of this historic building the owners of Casa Parrocchia paid careful attention to the original features and details to create this fine home. There are original wall paintings which were found in the restoration which have been preserved, in part a traditional stone sink and the original arches of the corridor lead you up the stone staircase to the first and second floors. Downstairs is also the first bathroom with shower and the first bedroom.

Casa Parrocchia has a beautiful cosy garden where you can sunbath and relax. There are a lot of flowers and plants typical of this area. In the late autumn you can pick some fresh figs from the fig tree which is growing next to the Pergola. A beautiful handmade wooden table invites you to enjoy outside dinners and barbecues with the whole family. For the summer, we also offer an inflatable pool (2 m x 76 cm) for the children and everybody who wants to enjoy some cool water.
