The Cascades Rapids is a member-run, family-oriented summer swim team that seeks to provide a fun and competitive environment for the swimmers in the Cascades community. The team consists of over 200 swimmers (ages 5-18) from approximately 150 families that compete in the Colonial Swim League. We are a non profit club, is run by its elected Board of Directors which meets each month. All members are welcome at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraiser.
