Racers between 14 -16 must submit a resume and proof of successful pre-ride and submit a signed waiver from a parent no less than 2 weeks prior to race day. NO EXCEPTIONS. All racers under 16 must have a chaperon on site watching out for their racing progress. Ages are determined by the racers age on race day. CHECK POINTS AND SPECIAL PASSING ZONES:.
