Oceans and oceans, bushels and bushels, skies and skies. On occasion, I would force them to go for a ride to get out of the house. There have been days I looked at people’s Facebook posts of them riding bikes or finishing 5Ks with their kids and thought “We should really be doing that.” For the most part, though, I’ve wanted them to come to their interests on their own. We’d gotten him a lighter road bike to ride. Will they still be riding in 30 years? Who knows. But for now, ride on, boys.
