Allotment cats: September 2013
http://allotmentcats.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Feral cats (and one which isn't) living at Walsall Road Allotments. Monday, 9 September 2013. He had lived with us for three years and was the first cat to be re-homed to us. He didn't enjoy living indoors so it was decided that he should be an 'outdoor' cat. He joined our group of feral cats and lived quite happily with them, especially Triangle and Janet. He was a real little character and will be missed. Monday, September 09, 2013. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Plot Four and Pavilion Three.

Allotment cats: November 2011
http://allotmentcats.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Feral cats (and one which isn't) living at Walsall Road Allotments. Friday, 11 November 2011. Sad news - we found Keith, my lovely plot cat, dead inside a water butt this week. We don't know how or why he climbed in it but once in he must have been unable to get out and he drowned. An old bread crate makes a good cover and will not come off accidentally. The three Plot Cats, Keith at the front with Wanda and E.T. behind him. Friday, November 11, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). In contrast to….

Allotment cats: January 2013
http://allotmentcats.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Feral cats (and one which isn't) living at Walsall Road Allotments. Monday, 14 January 2013. The cats have their own shed now. We have been a bit worried about the cats not having anywhere warm to shelter during bad weather but one of our plot holders came up the good idea of putting up a shed which would be solely for the cats to use. We bought a small 6' x 4' shed and put it up in a sheltered area at the back of our meeting room where the cats were used to being fed. Monday, January 14, 2013.

Allotment cats: No need for posh beds
http://allotmentcats.blogspot.com/2012/02/no-need-for-posh-beds.html
Feral cats (and one which isn't) living at Walsall Road Allotments. Tuesday, 28 February 2012. No need for posh beds. Felix doesn't seem to care where he sleeps. I'm not sure what this was originally, it is made of a perspex type of material so probably gets nice and warm. He also likes this upside-down cardboard box. Tuesday, February 28, 2012. 28 February 2012 at 08:13. He has always been my favourite boy even though he always has a dirty bum. 28 February 2012 at 08:23. 29 February 2012 at 14:30.

Allotment cats: June 2012
http://allotmentcats.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html
Feral cats (and one which isn't) living at Walsall Road Allotments. Wednesday, 20 June 2012. Just in case anyone doubts that because we feed our feral cats they won't be interested in catching rodents - here's Psycho with her latest snack. She played with it for a time,. And then she picked it up and started to eat it. The crunching sound was not very pleasant! Wednesday, June 20, 2012. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Plot Four and Pavilion Three. Allotment cats: July 2011
http://allotmentcats.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Feral cats (and one which isn't) living at Walsall Road Allotments. Thursday, 21 July 2011. The four plot cats come to meet me every morning when I pull up in my car in front of the plot. Wanda and Psycho have a quick rollover in the road while E.T. and Keith head towards the path. ET comes back to check that Wanda is alright. On the plot, Wanda decides she will get a better view from on top of my old desk. I gave her a few treats, she loves them! Thursday, July 21, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Allotment cats: Cats and Allotments - working together
http://allotmentcats.blogspot.com/p/cats-and-allotments-working-together.html
Feral cats (and one which isn't) living at Walsall Road Allotments. Cats and Allotments - working together. I was quite surprised the other day when one of our plotholders asked me how many cats we have on the site and when I told him there were seven, he said "Well, there should be double that! At first I thought he was being sarcastic but then he told me that since we've had the cats he hasn't noticed so many pigeons or rats and mice on his plot. It is an amazing feeling to know that cats which never h...
