It's strange how much it hurt for those first few hours and how relieved and ok I am with it now. 1:24 AM Edit This. I have been talking about it for years. Always putting it off. Oh I'll be fine. I'll shake it off.". I made an appointment Friday to go to counseling. I have my first, um, is it a visit? Well, whatever it is, I have one Wednesday. I thought I would be relieved after I scheduled it, after I finally took the step to get help. All I did was start to cry uncontrollably and then call my Mom. I asked her if I was too young to have depression, if maybe it's impossible. It's not.
