Thursday, September 1, 2011. First day of school. Lily and Gavin started 5th and 4th Grade on Aug. 22. Ella had to wait another week to start kindergarten because the assessments are done the first week. She was so anxious and so excited when the day finally came. Ella is in line with her class mates waiting to go in. Gavin's sunflower that came home from school as a seed in a cup last spring. Wednesday, November 16, 2011. Berklie's 1 year portraits. We took Berklie to Sears to get her 1 year portraits done. She was a bit of a pill and wouldn't cooperate very well. But we still got some good personality shots of her. We took her to her 1 year well child check 2 days later. She is 29 1/2 in. long (70th percentile) and 18lbs. 8 oz (15th percentile). Thursday, March 11, 2010. The girls doing their favorite thing! Mike had the mop bucket full of water because he was cleaning the crown mold, and as soon as he turned his back, Halle decided to strip down and take a dip. She loves taking baths and going swimming, so any chance she gets. Lily's Granny made her a dress for the Valentine Daddy-Daughter dance at her school. The dress turned out adorable and Lily and Mike had a blast at the dance. PTA Day at Harmons. Who gave Halle Chocolate? Dog Pile on Mom.

Tuesday, January 3, 2012. Halle is being an example for her little cousin Samantha and is showing her the ropes of going potty. Berklie is cheering her big sister Lily on at the Kearns Holiday Open swim meet. So I had Berklie in the exersaucer (as a confinement) and she climbed out of the thing. So I collapsed it in preparation of putting it away in storage. Then the little stinker crawled back in it, pushed her feet out and fell asleep! Berklie sleeping with her feet hanging out the bars of the crib.

Monday, May 31, 2010. On May 29, 2010 Gavin got his first pair of glasses. He was so worried about getting made fun of, but got lots of good feeback on how handsome he looks. So I think he is warming up to them now. He is such a cute kid. On May 14, 2010 Ella had her first spring dance revue. Thursday, January 27, 2011. Berklie is officially over her RSV. It was a miserable 2 weeks for all of us, and we are so happy that she is healthy again. She only lost about 6 oz the first week, and maybe another 3-6 the second week. At least she had the fat to lose! She will gain it all back pretty quickly I'm sure with how much she is eating again!
