My 21-Day Wonder Diet

Tuesday, April 5, 2011. Day 23 of 21. Back on the wagon today. A really enjoyable day of food, and with the sun finally shining in these parts managed to fit in a walk this afternoon as well. Yesterday didn't quite go to plan with a town trip involved. Breakfast today was an Egg and Bacon Pie. Made by placing chopped bacon in a muffin tray. With an egg cracked on top. Then baked in the oven for about 20 minutes. Eaten on toast with chopped tomato on top. Something I'll make again for the kids. I'm going...

My 21-Day Wonder Diet: Day 16 of 21

http://cattle-kids-chaos21.blogspot.com/2011/03/day-16-of-21.html

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Day 16 of 21. I tend to be swapping and changing my daily menu a little to suit my mood. I replaced this morning's Banana and Passionfruit Smoothie. Bran and Cranberry Muesli. It's a really enjoyable breakfast, Wallace had the same. It's not only nice to eat, but keeps you satisfied right through until lunch. They suggest in the book that you can use this muesli as a 'go-to' breakfast. If you don't feel like the recommended meal. I think I'll have it again tomorrow. Day 17 of 21.

My 21-Day Wonder Diet: Day 15 of 21

http://cattle-kids-chaos21.blogspot.com/2011/03/day-15-of-21.html

Monday, March 28, 2011. Day 15 of 21. A little under the weather today, I had only a taste of scrambled egg for breakfast. Lunch was to be a tuna, celery and dill sandwich. Partly due to the fact that I need to fit in a town trip to replenish dietary supplies, and even more due to the fact that hams were smoked and cooked here yesterday, I substituted a Ham and Salad sanga for the prescribed tuna, celery and dill. Dinner was Mustard Chicken with Potato Smash. Day 15, done and dusted! Day 21 Weight: 61&#4...

Cattle

Tuesday, August 4, 2009. The aurochs originally ranged throughout Europe, North Africa, and much of Asia. In historical times, their range was restricted to Europe, and the last animals were killed by poachers in Masovia, Poland, in 1627. Breeders have attempted to recreate cattle of similar appearance to aurochs by crossing of domesticated cattle breeds, creating the Heck cattle breed. Young cattle of both sexes are called calves until they are weaned, then weaners until they are a year old in some area...

Cattle, Kids & Chaos

Monday, 22 December 2014. Signing Off . the last Post. The above photo taken just the week before the rain,. And just a couple of days after. And so, just like that, Christmas is looking a whole lot merrier. No more worrying about windmills keeping up with demand. Cancel the order for more tanks and poly and you can keep the lick too. Wallace's primary schooling came to an end. Off to boarding school with Sarah and Jess, leaving me and Sal at home to handle the job roster. 2015 will bring some changes fo...
