Tuesday, September 4, 2007. Another Weekend at the Lake! We went to the Lake for Labor Day and Colin spent his time fishing and riding the wave runners. He caught a largest bigmouth bass with Nicholas' help. Colin's line was too weak to pull the bass out of the water so Nicholas scooped it with the net. Monday, June 16, 2008. Colin Skydives. Indoors! After J and I got a taste of Indoor Skydiving. On our anniversary, we went back with the Brighams (friends from work) and Colin went and had a fantastic time. Colin only went once, and got a bit scared. Monday, December 24, 2007. Colin has been playing the Clarinet for two years in the school band. He played this year in the school Christmas program. See that nice outfit he's wearing? He had a MONTH to give us the paper telling us what he should be wearing and he gave it to us THE NIGHT BEFORE the program. Talk about scrambling to find a solid red, long-sleeved shirt around Christmas time! There was a very cool "stomp"-like presentation during the program. Posted by Nick Cavalancia. Tuesday, July 31, 2007. Freedom of the "Sea". We went to the Lake this past weekend and since Colin is a bit over 11 and has been driving the waverunners for over 5 years now (with me behind him helping to drive) I asked him if he wanted to try an drive on his own. The Official Blog of Ryan Cavalancia. Monday, September 22, 2008. Ryan's First Day of School. Ryan started Pre-K3 this year (to give J some much needed rest from the last 3 years! Ryan, like his brothers before him, is attending Pre-K3 at Gloria Dei Lutheran Academy. The boys went there for years before switching to Calvary Christian Academy (which goes through 12th grade). J knows every single person working at GDLA personally, and was PTO president for a year, so she knows the school well.
