After watching Jamie Oliver's TED presentation. I was super thrilled to hear he was given a TV a show, Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution. I'm looking forward to tuning in and learning how to mend my poor eating habits. I began reading The Spell of the Sensuous. By David Abram.
