Saturday, June 30, 2012. Saturday Update (Part Deux). We are in the underrated city of Ardmore, Oklahoma! We have booked a hotel for the half-night, and will be taking off at 2:15am. (Our sleep schedules are so crazy.who would have ever thought we'd get "jet lag" without actually flying! If all goes well, we will be in Albert Lea around 4:15pm. That will put us in Rochester around 5:30pm. Please be in prayer for safety and for group unity, as grace is the first thing to go when people are tired and hot!

Monday, June 25, 2012. A brief update, just to get it under the deadline! We went to the 5:00am prayer meeting, and it was quite an "eye-opening" experience (pun intended) for many of our group - especially the first-timers. What a fantastic example of what a passionate prayer could be! We barely had a break, as after we cleaned up lunch, we arrived at the hotel with about an hour to recharge and get ready for the evening ministry. When we got back, we were all VERY tired. Friday, June 29, 2012. There is much to post, but NOOO energy to go into too much detail! We had morning prayer, did yesterday's. Devotions (having the Action of Christ, Matthew 25:31-46) because yesterday's evening activities went too late, and then went to South Padre Island. We had a brief scare with a malfunction on the bus as we were leaving for the morning prayer, but it turned out to be a cheap and quick fix. Praise God! Tuesday, June 26, 2012. Please be patient: we WILL get some pictures uploaded soon! We had 5:00am prayer, followed by a nap. After breakfast, we stayed at the church and did A LOT of construction. Different teams worked throughout the building to sweep, mop, and paint a primer coat on several rooms and hallways; tape, mud, and screw in Sheetrock; and install duct work. Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Okay, those pictures are coming! We're just experiencing some small "technical difficulties"! In the morning, after prayer and a nap, most of us did visitation. Ashley Utley and Hunter Ray stayed back and practiced with others to form a worship band for the evening service. After lunch, we had a "mandatory nap time". Everyone was required to sleep! We were in two groups this morning: visitation (for those who missed out on it yesterday), and construction at the church. Most of the construction consisted of painting, painting, and more painting!
