Hereditary Cancer Program Panel. The Centre for Clinical Genomics (CCG) is pleased to announce its 14 gene Hereditary Cancer Program Panel is now available to patients across Canada. This panel replaced BRCA1/2 testing in British Columbia in October 2014. Summary of genes on the HCPP. PTEN Harmartoma Tumour Syndrome. Hereditary Diffuse Gastric Cancer. We are developing an assay to detect mutations in 42 genes associated with myeloid malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia, myeloproliferative neoplasms, and myelodysplastic syndromes.
