CCL is part of UABgrid initiative promoting sharing of campus and regional resources. As such, several large clusters are available for use by researches at our group through grid environment. Locally though, CCL has two clusters as described on the rest of this page. 18 nodes, each with two Intel Xeon X5650 @ 2.67 GHz CPUs (total 216 cores). Tesla C2050 GPU on each node. 24 GB RAM on each node. 9 nodes each with 24 2TB SATA disks and 9 nodes each with 12 2TB SATA disks – total 648 TB raw storage.
