Irish Law Forum: One more strike against elected judges?
http://irishlawforum.blogspot.com/2011/07/one-more-strike-against-elected-judges.html
A blog featuring commentary about legal developments in Ireland and abroad. Law @ NUI Maynooth. Monday, July 11, 2011. One more strike against elected judges? Recently about John Waters' suggestion that Irish judges be elected by the public.
