I put the RV up on CraigsList around 4:30pm yesterday. Calls and emails started flooding in by 5:15. We priced it a little more than we bought it for.and it was sold (asking price) by noon today! WOW how easy was that? So for people wondering how you can afford a 5 week trip to Alaska.do what we did! Plan well, stick to your plan, and enjoy your trip of a lifetime! Our last look at BAMH as the new owner is driving off with it! Yes I did see the gift you left me! I laughed so hard! July 31, 2010 at 4:31 PM.

I sent someone over to introduce is and the rest is history! Here we are that first week we met. Here is a recent pic of us. We had a short courtship and many family members were skeptical about us getting married so quickly. We got a lot of advise to wait.but we didn't. I know the odds were against us from the beginning, but today kicks off our year long celebration of 20 years together. We are very much in love and lust. lol. And I am very proud of us! We will be celebrating here over the next 9 months!

I am also reading though journals of other's trips to Alaska. Many of the journals I have found are from people who got to spend MONTHS up there, but it's still good to read through to see what there is to do. We plan on getting together soon with some friends of ours that go up and work at Denali in the summers. I am sure they have lots of good advice. This means we now have 5 vehicles, so he is going to sell his little red truck and hopefully his Porsche too! Labels: posted by Diana.

The many Adventures of Jodie, Coco, and Sandy. Thursday, March 15, 2012. We got home last week and things have returned to normal. Dad says the whole trip was 5827 miles, but that's PEOPLE miles. That's over 40,700 dog miles! By the way, Coco will not be joining in this blog because she won't come out of the motorhome. Whenever someone is working in the camper and the door is open, Coco moves right in until she eventually gets thrown out when they lock the door. She always was a bit of a doofus.

Most of you know that we’ve been swimming all over North America, but this place is Dog Heaven. Yup, it’s heaven and there sure are a LOT of dogs here. Most of the dogs run free and there are no fights. Well, there is that little black dog that barks at us and the little brown one that bares his teeth………. How can you say that?
