Si trovano nel quartiere Montorgueil, per intenderci piu o meno nella zona delle Halles ma nella parte piu piacevole. Sono gestiti da un gentilissimo ed intraprendente ristoratore (un terzo ristorante aprirà presto) che ha scelto di offrire una carta praticamente quasi esclusivamente Gluten Free.
