(Emily over at the Stark Raving Cello Blog knows what I'm taliking about; she's encountered smilar frustrations.). And there may be some new readers coming to the blog (if you're one, welcome! Then came camera angles and microphone ...

Eric Edberg: Zoë Keating on how she does it
http://ericedberg.blogspot.com/2008/09/zo-keating-on-how-she-does-it.html
Life, the cello, and everything. Saturday, September 06, 2008. Zoë Keating on how she does it. The fabulous looping cellist Zoë Keating explains it all. Well, not in as much detail as those of us who also do cello looping might like, but it's a great WNYC Radiolab. Podcast, with lots of music. Zoë does looped cello compositions; my own looping is mostly improvised or quasi-improvised. (Of course she also improvises, and the podcast ends with an imprvisation.). I love her stuff. Oh, right, addictive.
