Sunday, November 25, 2012. 3 potong dada ayam (potong2). 1 sdm kecap asin. 1 sdm kecap inggris. 1 sdm kecap asin. 1 sdm kecap inggris. 2 sdm arak cina (gw gak pake). 7 sdm kecap manis. 1 buah jeruk limau, dibelah 2 bagian. 1/2 sdt lada bubuk. 1/4 buah bawang bombay (dirajang). 3 siung bawang putih (dicincang). 1 Marinate: lumuri ayam dengan kecap asin, garam dan kecap inggris, diamkan selama 20 mnt. 2 Goreng ayam hingga kecoklatan dengan minyak sayur, sisihkan.
