2003 Courthouse Conditions Report. Courthouse Facilities Improvement Authority. The 14th cycle grant application can be found here in Word. A writeable PDF version is below. The application has also been mailed to each County Commission President within the state of West Virginia. The postmark deadline for the 14th cycle grant application is October 7, 2016. Counties may apply for up to $100,000 with a 20% match, based upon the project total, required by the county applicant. 2016 State of West Virginia.
