CG Takes on the World! Saturday, January 8, 2011. Liz and I landed in Hanoi and shared a cab with 3 Americans from Seattle and headed to the new Hanoi backpackers hostel. When we got there is was $8 a person per night. not bad. and the rooms were really clean and the staff was extremely welcoming.
