Sunday, January 31, 2010. Alex and I welcomed our sweet baby girl on January 12 at 1:40 PM. She weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces and was 21 inches long. We can honestly say that it didn’t take more than a few moments to realize that we were absolutely in love with her! She is so much fun! Here she is with our WONDERFUL doctor, Ashley Pryszbyz! Friday, January 22, 2010. Some things I've discovered. This is by far the best stainless steel cleaner in the world! I have tried several different brands of spray cleaners and wipes and they always leave me frustrated and our appliances streaky and worse off than before I cleaned them. Tuesday, September 1, 2009. Oh boy. It's a GIRL! Again, I know I am the worst blogger! I have a good excuse this time… I think! My sweet husband has been on the phone for over an hour today battling it out with the internet people. We have not had internet access at our house for quite some time now. Nothing bugs me more than paying for something that isn’t working! So thanks to one of those new fangled Verizon air cards that Alex borrowed from work, we can now use the internet! Thursday, March 18, 2010. A very dear friend has returned to east Tennessee! His name is "the sun" and I'm so very grateful he has decided to come home to us! I have had daffodils sitting on my desk all week and they have been setting my heart a flutter with hope for spring! And to top it off, I just looked outside and saw a sprinkler watering the grass (I think they were just testing the sprinklers) and my heart skipped a beat! Because that means that spring is almost here and THEN it's summertime!

Thursday, July 23, 2009. This is TL a few weeks ago tearing down the last bit of the wall that separated the den and kitchen. It's finally one big room! This was our bathroom and closet a few weeks ago in the midst of being framed in. A couple of trees in our backyard had to come down because they were unhealthy and in the way of our screened in porch.
