The Denmans like to eat! The food we have planned is practical and we are hoping to keep cost down to a minimum. I looked up on the internet and it recommends asking $50 per adult for the weekend and refunding what is left over. I think if I can get a head count including children, I’ll know better in another week. At this point, I am thinking $50 is high. The Ayres Inn Alpine has blocked off 10 rooms for the reunion dates of July 2 – July 5th. The Group Code is MARY10. And the Client is Denman Reunion. We have until June 18th, to confirm our rooms. . Alpine’s weather can be funny.Meaning you may want to bring a windbreaker or something as the evenings can sometimes get cool. The days can vary from the 90’s to the low 100’s (not often, but you never know). Just check your favorite place on the internet to track the weather. We are back at the office and I’m catching up on work and reunion emails. Hope this finds everyone well! We need to get an estimate of the number of hotel rooms we will need at the Ayres Inn in Alpine. Matt called the other day and there is another family reunion in town. We’ll want to at least get them an estimate of how many rooms the Denman clan will need and for what nights. They did state they’ll have rooms but we don’t want to be left out.
