Myrick Moments: Makeshift Pools
http://myrickfam.blogspot.com/2011/05/makeshift-pools.html
Friday, May 27, 2011. Most people in Colorado don't have a pool in their backyard;. There just aren't enough warm months in the year to make it worthwhile. Being from Texas, we really miss swimming in a private pool. While Robert and I worked in the yard, Easton and Avery decided to drag up these tubs from the basement, fill them with water and call them a "pool.". Pretty resourceful, if you ask me. Kinda white trash if you ask the neighbors. :). Makeshift swimming pool.love it! May 27, 2011 at 3:09 PM.

The Dyson Family: Fun Day, Sun Day
http://thedysonclan.blogspot.com/2012/04/fun-day-sun-day.html
Monday, April 23, 2012. Fun Day, Sun Day. Believe it or not, we've lived here for 5.5 years now and JUST NOW made a trip to the beach in Galveston a few weeks ago (April 7)! The weather was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better trip. My sweet girl loved laying on her boogie board and catching mini waves. As much as he loved swimming in the ocean, I think he'd have been just find playing in the sand all day. Chase and Nicholas building sand structures. She loves summer time! My sweet sweet Ry.

Monday, March 21, 2011. Spring Break started off relaxing! After school on Friday, we went to my friend/neighbor Stephanie's house for a little socializing! She lives across the street from the neighborhood park, so the kids all played there while us moms sat in the driveway talking and drinking! A great start to our week-long break! Sunday Robin and her kids and Tiffany and her kids came over for. . . you guessed it - more driveway fun! And I got my first sunburn of the year! So proud of her! Then Calli...

The Barkley Bunch: Goodbye 3yr old class
http://barkleybunch.blogspot.com/2010/06/goodbye-3yr-old-class.html
Wednesday, June 2, 2010. Goodbye 3yr old class. Hard to believe another great year at preschool is over! Cooper has learned so much this year. It's incredible to see the scrapbook that the teachers make for the kids and to see how much they've grown both physically and developmentally. Cate and Cooper will both be enrolled next school year. I'm not sure I'm ready for both of them to be gone! 1st day of school! I cant believe Coop is getting so big! I am glad he has such a great place to go to school!

Wednesday, March 7, 2012. Here are the kids' class pictures for the 2011-2012 school year! Ms Fries' 4th Grade Class. Mrs Robins' 1st Grade Class. The kids just finished up their second season of basketball - and lucky for us they both had the same team name just like last year. . . the Cougars! Just thought you might want to see their solo and team pics for this year. In January, Rylie and her friend Zoe got to go to a lock-in at our church. This was Rylie's first lock-in and she had a great time! And o...

The Dyson Family: Gator's 7th Birthday
http://thedysonclan.blogspot.com/2012/04/gators-7th-birthday.html
Tuesday, April 17, 2012. OMG, is it true? Is my last baby really now 7? Where has the time gone? This year instead of a party or big gift, we are taking a 2-day trip in June to Galveston. . . spending a day at Schlitterbahn, then the next day at the beach. Surprisingly he was fine waiting till June to go. But of course he had plenty of fun and celebrations on his actual special day. His birthday fell on Good Friday this year so there was no school. Hooray! My sweet b-day boy! Sonic is mmmm, good! Enjoyin...
