Letting Go of Perfectionism…Momentarily. So, what does perfectionism have to do with being an ADD/ADHD Life Coach? Well, not only am I a Life Coach specializing in ADD/ADHD, but I also have been diagnosed with ADD and experience its wonders daily. (By the way, I use ADD in my writing to cover all types of ADD and/or ADHD.). I’ve never thought of that angle of perfectionism. Let’s save that for another blog post.
