Ich hatte Bandnudeln mit Pfifferlingen in Rahmsauce, nicht unbedingt ein leichtes, aber ein leckeres Essen. Willkommen in meiner Chaosküche. Ich esse manche Dinge einfach lieber separat. So lasse ich mir das Dressing im Restaurant immer getrennt von Salat servieren, damit ich es selbst dosiert kann. Das klappt eigentlich immer, und manchmal bekommt man sogar mehrere Dressings zur Auswahl. Ich kann Euch also nur ermutigen, wenn Ihr ausgeht, Sonderwünsche anzumelden. Kürbis und Apfel weichkochen und pürieren. Einen guten Schuss Martini dazugeben. Gelierzucker einrühren und Marmelade nach Packungsanweisung zubereiten. Willkommen in meiner Chaosküche. 250 ml Milch und 250 ml Wasser (oder 500 ml Milch). Süßstoff oder Zucker und Zimt. Milch-Wassergemisch (oder Milch) mit Vanillinzucker aufkochen. Milchreis einrühren und kurz aufkochen. Dann Reis ca. 40-45 Minuten bei kleiner Hitze ausquellen lassen, bis er weich genug ist. Öfter umrühren, damit der Reis nicht anbrennt. Sunday, December 28, 2008. Sorry all for not doing any recent recipes. I have been down with the flu and find it quite difficult energy wise to keep up with my food blog. Not to say I haven't been cooking as I have done a bit. I made my Gingersnaps and Snickerdoodles over the holidays and two more biscuits. Swedish Tea Cakes and some refrigerator slice and bakes. Both recipes to soon follow once I get over this bug. But I did want to wish everyone a very Happy Holidays! I will be back blogging soon.
