Are you in Spain or Hawaii? Have a unique recipe or even a fantastic pecan pie recipe? Or would like to be 'Contributing Author'? If you are a 'Contributing Author' already post a recipe at your convenience. 1 pkg sugar cookie dough. 1 - 8 oz pkg cream cheese. 1/2 c non dairy whipped topping (cool whip - I use light small container - I used a 12 oz :). Sliced fresh fruit of your choice - I always like kiwi, mandarin oranges, strawberries, blueberries but you can really use anything - have fun creating!
