Sunday, May 18, 2014. Mothers day and flower! This year in activity days we did these cute picture clip boards for our moms. Hopefully the girls had as much fun putting them together and giving them to their moms, as the Moms are going to enjoy them. A lot of Thought and love and sweat went into coming up with this idea,(Big shout out to Pinerest! Emily joined the choir at School this year and we had her year end program. Hehe I think I went a little overboard on the Geraniums, but hey! A Year of FHE.

Last night while rummaging through some bins in the basement I located a lime green (you know that lime sherbet color? Jersey sheet. I laundered it and thought I could repurpose this full sized sheet into more than one useful item. This was very easy! I did not get my serger out for this quick project. Saturday, March 29, 2014. The last few weeks have been one big roller coaster ride for the Bateman/ Hatton family. Elise and Taylor had cute Baby Declan at the end of February (3 weeks early! Emily went on a couple of field trips, Philip and Amber moved into their new house, Parent Teacher Conference came and went (both kids are doing wonderfully in school! More power to you sweetheart! I feel very accomplished! Tag team, your it! And, drum roll please. My Baby Girl turned 11! This mamma is feeling old!

If this is your first visit to my blog, I won't make you go back to find my older posts. Below I have included photos of the pillow and the hearts cut from the first panel of curtains that I repurposed. Original apron I used for a pattern. I made this a couple of years ago. Hem at bottom of curtain panel. Trimming excess off the bottom hem. Cut the wide hem in half.
