Tortillas freidas como tototpo. Se pone el pollo a cocer con las hojas de aguacate, y un cuarto de cebolla sal y las papas bien lavadas se deja hervir; mas adelante se ocuparan 2 tasas del caldo. Mientras se prepara la salsa poner las piernas de pollo y dejar otro hervor con las papas y tapado ,servir al gusto.
