Chef Mama Tam Kitchen. 譚媽媽廚房 飲、食、攝影. 粥 - 是中國人很喜愛的食品,有人甚至天天都煲粥,一清早食點粥後上班去,特別在冬天吃粥後暖粒粒,電視劇都天天做啦,我家內子都非常喜歡食粥,什麼都可以.但有糖尿病者便不而吃得太多了. 材料 : 瑤柱2至3粒,一罐裝鮑魚8至10隻,雞半隻(重約13至14兩或1磅多少少),中小型冬菇12至15隻,米150至160ml,白酒2茶匙,3至4湯匙易煮麥片,蔥花或芫茜碎少許,薑片6至8片切絲,高身煲1個,水大半煲(大約4至5公升),5至6人份量. 調味料 : 生抽2茶匙,楜椒粉少許,糖1茶匙,白酒一茶匙. 做法 : 瑤柱浸軟撕碎,冬菇浸軟去腳,米洗淨連瑤柱,冬菇等連同水一同放入大煲內,大火滾後轉慢火. 雞斬件洗淨,印乾水份加入白酒,生抽,楜椒粉少許,糖1茶匙,薑絲等拌勻,放入雪櫃待用. 鮑魚開罐倒出,水留用,鮑魚切角1開3件,待用. 粥煲了1個多小時後(在這段其間不時攪幾下),麥片浸軟,一面加入粥內一面攪,再倒入鮑魚水,雞件取出,徐徐加入粥內攪拌,火調大些少,粥微滾加入鮑魚角,滾後落鹽試味,粥盛在碗內灑上蔥,芫茜,便成. 材料 : 排骨(肉排或...

Chef Mama Tam Kitchen. 譚媽媽廚房 飲、食、攝影. 冬瓜粒湯 - 冬瓜清熱解毒,利水,防治高血壓和冠心病等. 材料 : 冬瓜半斤至一斤(一磅至磅半),江瑤柱一粒浸軟(撕開),金華火腿小粒一茶匙,瘦肉半斤,鮮蝦八至十隻,冬菇五至六隻,蝦米十五至二十隻浸軟. 調味料 : 生抽一茶匙半,糖半茶匙,楜椒粉少許,白酒一茶匙半. 做法 : 冬瓜切粒(粗粒),瘦肉和鮮蝦切粒加入調味品拌勻,冬菇切粒,蝦米隔去水份用少許油爆香後,並注入大半煲水,加入冬菇粒和瑤柱絲,水滾後轉慢火,煲大約四十五分鐘至一小時,倒入已撈調味料的瘦肉粒,慢火煲三十分鐘,轉中火再加入冬瓜粒,湯滾加入少許鹽調味,其間放入蝦粒,隨後加入火腿小粒,滾後熄火試味便成. 後話 : 冬瓜粒不能切得太細,因滾幾滾後便軟下來,化成水份,所以下冬瓜湯滾後要熄火,待幾分鐘後便可. 南瓜 - 南瓜是葫蘆料,由瓜皮至瓜核都可以食,甚至南瓜花都可以用作食材,特別是西餐很多時用到,南瓜益處多的是,可降血脂,血糖,膽固醇等,營養特別豐富,多吃可保健,抗病,老年人和BB多吃促進視力,增強免疫能力,南瓜含有豐富果膠,可吸殘留在腸內的鉛和水銀,對BB和小童特別有益.

Chef Mama Tam Kitchen. 譚媽媽廚房 飲、食、攝影. 通常去韓國旅行時,都會去品嘗人蔘雞湯,但自已做會原汁原味好多,這美味雞湯是師承自一位韓國人朋友,每次招呼朋友都獲得他們讚賞,現與大家分享. 材料 : 光雞一隻(不用出水),出水瘦肉大約四兩,鮮人蔘二至三條,瑤柱二至三粒,去核紅棗十粒,鮮蓮子或干蓮子大約十至十五粒,鮮栗子或干栗子大約十粒,糯米四至五湯匙,全部浸軟,待用. 做法 : 雞洗淨後用紙印干水份,白酒淋內外,糯米隔去水份加入少許鹽,混入蓮子和栗子一同放入雞肚內,再加入一或兩條鮮人蔘,用牙簽將雞肚縫合,滾湯內放入瘦肉,元貝,紅棗,鮮人蔘兩或三條放在下面,雞在上面,水滾後慢火煲三至四個小時. 後話 : 鮮人蔘放在下面雞在上面,可避免雞太重容易黏底. 訂閱: 文章 (Atom). Chef Mama Gets Healthy! Tuesday, August 21, 2012. I have now finished day 58 of using the Wii and day 12 of the Flat Belly Diet. I'd like to now tell you that I have lost 15 pounds! I wonder if having Celiac Disease untreated for so many years, then getting on a gluten free diet to "heal my gut" has left me unable to lose weight easily.
