Each table is served the following dishes to share. Shrimp and vegetable spring rolls. Thai fish cakes with spicy dipping sauce. Green curry with beef and vegetable. Red curry with seafood. Stirfried vegetables with cashew nuts and bamboo shoots. Black rice pudding with coconut cream. Sticky rice with mango. Crepes with chocolate and banana.

Caramelized onion and poppy seed bread with poverty gully olive oil. Tomato and saffron consomme with scallop ravioli. Rosemary and macadamia crusted lamb cutlets with salad greens and a pomegranate dressing. Chargrilled sirloin steak with fondant potato,glazed courgettes and a creamy mustard sauce.
