Life Irregardless: Baan Sak Fan Orphanage
http://lifeirregardless.blogspot.com/2009/01/baan-sak-fan-orphanage.html
Wednesday, January 21, 2009. Baan Sak Fan Orphanage. After our wonderful week in Phuket, we drove an hour and a half north to Phang Na province. We spent most of the week at the most amazing place. Baan Sak Fan Orphanage. Meet Gai and Somraum. Two amazing, loving, selfless Thais who left their life in another region and moved, with their own 3 kids, to Takuapa after the Tsunami- to raise other people's kids. They're the real deal. We also got the kids hooked on Dutch Blitz, Uno and Twister. Followers, Fa...

Life Irregardless: Like I Care.
http://lifeirregardless.blogspot.com/2009/01/like-i-care.html
Wednesday, January 28, 2009. Tammy cut my hair yesterday. i. love. it. I did the long hair thing, which, I have to say, was nice for putting up in a clip for running and traveling. but it looked like crap, as I have the finest hair on earth and it amounts to nothing when pulled into a ponytail. I could use my little ortho-elastics to capture my entire ponytail. Now if I could just get these braces off I'd be ridiculously gorgeous. How will I recognize you tomorrow? 7:42 PM, January 28, 2009.

Life Irregardless: Who are the People in your Neighborhood?
http://lifeirregardless.blogspot.com/2010/02/who-are-people-in-your-neighborhood.html
Thursday, February 18, 2010. Who are the People in your Neighborhood? The poor are shunned even by their neighbors, but the rich have many friends. He who despises his neighbour sins, but blessed is he who is kind to the needy." Prov 14:20,21. I think the challenge is for all of us to get an education about this issue, have a heart of compassion and see where God takes us from there. at least I know it's the challenge for me when I read passages like this. 3:40 PM, February 22, 2010. I HEART THIS MAN.

Life Irregardless: It had a good sauce.
http://lifeirregardless.blogspot.com/2009/02/it-had-good-sauce.html
Monday, February 02, 2009. It had a good sauce. It was a warm evening, as we walked through a dark open market in Bangkok. We'd already had dinner at a soup vendor, but Joel had a hankering for something more substantial. After 24 days of eating in Thailand, we'd become quite comfortable with walking up to a BBQ vendor and ask for "one of these and three of those". And that's what he did. She described it as a skewer with round pieces of meat that had a hole in the middle" I relayed. Just had a look at y...

Life Irregardless: Mmmmmm... bacon.
http://lifeirregardless.blogspot.com/2009/10/mmmmmm-bacon.html
Sunday, October 18, 2009. I'm confessing to a new addiction. Yes, there might be healthier choices out there, but well. bacon has a hold on me. The upside is that a little bacon flavor goes a long way, so you can use it sparingly and still get loads of flavor. I've been in this shady relationship with bacon for a month or so and I've found so many simple meals in which to feature my prized pork pieces. To save yourself time, money and mess you can try these two menthods:. In scrambled eggs or omlettes.
