Went to the office last Saturday for what was supposedly a Billing Day which became a Burger Shop 2 cum work cum gym day for me. Work out was not that good. only 30 mins. the machines said i only burned around 80 calories. bad. I got a lot of work to do this week. i think. God please help me.
