Chez-Georges was part of an old mill complex in the 19th century, and served as a barn until 2001 when it was converted into a comfortable, well-appointed holiday home that features two foot thick stone walls, terracotta tile floors downstairs, and white marble tile up, under the massive cathedral ceiling.
