May 31, 2013. My local supermarket stocks 24 oz packages of frozen wild-caught Patagonian bay scallops. I keep them on hand for a quick meal, sautéed in a cream sauce over rice:. This can be made with sliced potatoes instead of rice. Slice cold boiled red potatoes into medium slices. Drizzle with olive oil. Microwave for two minutes. Let stand, covered, while the cream sauce thickens on the stove. Spoon scallops and sauce onto the plated potatoes. Serve with white wine, salad, and crusty bread.

Grow-er and a Show-er. A man's journey, not his dick. Busy days, busy nights. Woke up nice and early today and had a meeting with a colleague to get tax stuff sorted out. He has asked me to help him out this year, which is great! The guy I’ve been texting back and forth with invited me to go out with him and mutual friends (including his best friend who I haven’t met) on Friday. I’m stoked! Getting back into the groove. Also coming up in two weeks is the Peel Festival! It’s snowing small flakes....
